Distance: 3.10 miles
Average Pace: 14:18 (strange though, my fitbit says the pace was 13:15 for a total distance of 3.25 miles... not sure which device to trust, my ipod nano or my fitbit)

Weather: Sunny, around 60 degrees
How did you feel: The run itself went really well. I did intervals of 2 minutes running to 30 seconds walking. Just after the halfway point I started cramping in my side again. Not as severely as it was on Saturday, but still enough that I had to walk a bit extra to get it out.

Then when I got home I was feeling really good. Thirsty, so I chugged half a bottle of water, then headed up for my shower. While washing, I started feeling dizzy and lightheaded. By the time I finished my shower and got out it was pretty bad. I had to sit down for awhile before attempting the stairs and on my way down them I had to stop a couple times and rest. A few minutes of sitting downstairs seemed to end that though.

Not sure what happened, but wondering about ways I might be able to prevent it next time… How do you hydrate enough when you have a morning run? I literally roll out of bed, put my clothes on and run, so drinking water before isn’t really an option.
